    Setup Fees:

    Any initial setup or onboarding fees are billed separately from the monthly service fee and are due at the time of signing the agreement.

    Monthly Payment:

    Service fees are billed monthly. Payments are due on the 1st of each month via credit card or bank transfer, as specified in the contract.

    Support Availability:

    Platinum & Gold – priority support is available (fast response outside standard hours); Silver & Bronze – support is provided during normal business hours.

    Retainer Hours:

    Unused support hours roll over for up to 3 months, then expire. Additional hours beyond the package allotment can be purchased at an extra cost.

    Custom Requests:

    Any requests outside the standard package scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work is done.

    Ownership of Deliverables:

    All deliverables (reports, templates, documents, etc.) created during the engagement are owned by you once payment is completed.

    Confidentiality:

    Both parties agree to keep all confidential business information private, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

    Termination:

    Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. Early termination by the client may be subject to the early cancellation fees noted above.

    Liability:

    The service provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services, including loss of profits.
